    What it costs to miss

    The late fee is automatic. It doesn't care that you were busy, that the email went to spam, or that your accountant was on leave.

    What RenewalRadar is and isn't

    • Reminders only — no ASIC login, no lodgement, no document storage, no deadline guarantee.
    • Fee figures shown are dated to the 2026–27 schedule; ASIC's published documents override this page.
    • ABNs do not renew. Any service that offers 'ABN renewal reminders' is selling you nothing.
    • Fail-closed reminder chain: on error we halt and flag, never silently skip.

    Which renewals do you track?
    Company annual statements and business name renewals — the two with fixed ASIC deadlines. ABNs have no renewal date, so there's nothing to track there and we won't pretend otherwise.
    Do you lodge anything with ASIC for me?
    No. RenewalRadar is reminders only — it never logs in to ASIC Connect, never handles your credentials, never stores company documents. Lodgement stays with you or your accountant.
    What happens if a reminder fails?
    We run a fail-closed rule: if any step in the reminder chain errors, the sequence halts and flags for human review instead of silently skipping you. That still isn't a guarantee — keep your own calendar as backup.
    Can I track multiple companies?
    Yes. One $59/year subscription covers unlimited entities and addresses — add your company, your SMSF trustee company, your business names, all of them.
