Price: A$59/year, AUD GST incl., billed annually. One subscription covers unlimited entities and reminder addresses.
Cancellation: cancel any time from any reminder email. Annual billing, no lock-in, no retention maze.
Refund: if an automated reminder fails because of our error and a renewal you registered passes with no reminder sent, email us within 30 days of the renewal date for a full refund of that year's subscription. Until automated reminders launch, the same refund applies if we fail to deliver your self-serve pack. No arguments. No change-of-mind refunds. ACL consumer guarantees apply.
Australian Consumer Law: our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. See also our Disclaimer.
Not a compliance service: reminders are a courtesy. The legal obligation to renew on time is yours. ASIC's published fees and dates override anything on this page.
No credentials: RenewalRadar never accesses your ASIC Connect account and never handles your credentials.
Acceptable use: don't add entities you have no authority to manage; don't use reminder addresses you don't control.
